Nitrile rubber material can be used normally at -10°~100°C. However, nitrile gloves, as items to be used with the hands, should be used at the normal temperature of the hands. If the gloves are used at excessively high temperatures, the permeability of nitrile gloves will increase and their chemical resistance will be greatly reduced.
2. Prolonged exposure to air
Exposure of gloves to the air for a long time will cause the gloves to deteriorate. According to research, the puncture resistance and tear resistance of aged nitrile gloves are obviously reduced, and they cannot play a good protective role. When storing nitrile gloves, they should be packed in a closed package and kept in a cool, ventilated and dry place at a low temperature.
3. Contact with corrosive chemicals
For example, contact with corrosive chemical reagents such as dimethylformamide, chloroform, phenol, etc. before use will also reduce the protective performance of nitrile gloves. Always check the integrity of the hand nitrile gloves before putting on the gloves, if the gloves are damaged, they should be discarded and replaced with new gloves.
